Ownership arrangements vary by lot. Request the title, registered covenants and any applicable strata and community documents for the individual lot before making a decision.
The featured listing descriptions allow buyers to choose their own builder. Your proposed design still needs to be checked against the lot’s applicable building requirements and approval process.
The current descriptions for Lots 16 and 108 state there is no required build timeline. Ask Phil to confirm the current terms for your chosen lot, including Lots 14 and 52, before relying on that flexibility.
Lot 52 lists a connected 200-amp BC Hydro power stand, with water and sewer available on the lot. Lot 108 lists power available on the lot. Request a lot-specific service summary and connection costs for any property you are considering.
Ask for the current community fees, utility charges, property taxes, connection costs and applicable building requirements. Confirm site preparation and construction costs with your builder, and clarify the tax treatment of the purchase before finalizing your budget.
The community offers access to the marina, store and pickleball courts, with boating, swimming, paddleboarding, fishing, hiking and biking in the surrounding area. Confirm marina arrangements and seasonal access directly before planning around them.
